12)     Application for the residency program
You can apply to us via the website for grants from the Foundation’s residency program. The application process is open from July to September, after which the applications are reviewed by specialist juries.
If you contact us by e-mail, your e-mail address, the time of the e-mail and the data that result from the message text (possibly also attachments) are processed.
We also process the personal data you provide to us about yourself in the application, such as your CV and professional career.
The purpose of processing the above data is to process your application and to check whether we can offer you the advertised scholarship.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is Article 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR, as the processing of personal data takes place at your request and is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
If we cannot offer you a residency grant, your personal data will be deleted after the jury meeting in December and the confirmation of the selected grant holders, no later than six months after receipt of the application.
The provision of personal data is not required by law or by contract. You are also not obliged to provide the personal data. Failure to provide this may, however, mean that we cannot fully examine your application.
