“I wanted to use my time in Schöppingen for a longer planned writing project and, in the course of this, I dealt a lot with the different types of fragmentary storytelling and the way in which individual and social memory work looks. The stay was calm and productive and exactly what I needed at that time, both personally and for my project. I was able to use the time well for further research, but also for exchanging ideas with the other fellows. I found the discussions and the different approaches to my own work very enriching and am very grateful to have had this experience.”
