Luna Thadwell

Luna Thadwell (*1989) is a US-American writer. After studying psychology, she worked as a behavioral therapist, among other things. She looks back on restless years with various stations and different jobs. Writing short stories and poetry has always been a constant. Since 2018, she has been writing her debut novel.

In Schöppingen, Luna Thadwell wrote her historical fiction novel „American Heirs“ that takes place in 1858 Virginia and which plays on everyday themes of the past that still remain more than relevant today. She uses personal experience, pop culture reference, historical accuracy and structured research to mold her work in order to spotlight characters who chose ‚humanity‘ over ’normalcy‘.
